Are you licensed as a Private Investigator? Yes. In the State of Florida, there are two licensing requirements for private investigators. All private investigation agencies must be licensed by the state as Class A Private Investigation Agencies. Additionally, every investigator on our staff must have a personal license issued by the State of Florida, known as Class C.
