Lauren C. Investigator, Risk Mitigation & TSCM Specialist

Lauren is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, private security, and investigative services. Lauren has built a distinguished career marked by expertise in corporate fraud investigations, protective surveillance, workplace violence mitigation, subject location, and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM).

Lauren began her career as a law enforcement officer in Louisiana, serving four years with the Desoto Parish Sheriff’s Office, where she gained extensive experience in undercover operations, surveillance, narcotics investigations, and patrol duties. Concurrently, she served as a death investigator for the Desoto Parish Coroner’s Office, honing her analytical and investigative skills. After relocating to Florida, Lauren joined a private security firm, where she excelled as a Field Training Officer and Patrol Sergeant. Eventually she was enrolled in a Executive Protective Program and knew this was the field she wanted to pursue.

In 2017 Lauren joined The Grafton Group and has served in their Risk Mitigation Unit and Surveillance/Counter-Surveillance (S/CS) team. For the past five years, she has been training as an apprentice in Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), further enhancing her ability to detect and neutralize sophisticated threats. Her current responsibilities include protective services, secure transport, and investigations.

Lauren diverse skill set extends beyond the security and investigation fields. She is an accomplished equestrian, with extensive experience training and competing horses in disciplines such as hunter-jumpers, and is skilled in operating heavy equipment. Her multifaceted background underscores her adaptability and commitment to excellence.
